Digital Mind AS is a business technology consultant providing unstructured information management and process automation solutions. The company was founded in 2004 in Riga, and as of now is operating from 2 offices in Riga and Tallinn serving customers predominantly in Baltic countries.  

We are in the process of expanding our SaaS business application development and deployment business line and are seeking an experienced and motivated Microsoft Solutions Sales Professional who is ready to keep up to date with clients’ digital transformation needs and the fast-moving cloud services landscape. Here, you will take complete ownership of identifying target accounts and acquiring new customers in Baltic’s mid-market segment. You’ll qualify both self-and marketing-generated leads, define the deal strategy, manage necessary resources to close the deal. You’ll establish executive relationships with prospective and existing accounts to understand their needs and business challenges and Help our Customers Succeed by offering adequate Microsoft software solutions and services that create economic value. You’ll be responsible for selling both custom projects and standardized Digital Mind solutions based on Microsoft cloud business applications. You will be joining an agile team that continuously grows, develops, and solves customer challenges that impact both their productivity, and ultimately, employee satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Identify target accounts and acquire new customers in Baltic’s mid-market segment.
  • Qualify both self-and marketing-generated leads, define the deal strategy, manage necessary resources to close the deal.

  • Establish executive relationships with prospective and existing accounts to understand their needs and business challenges.
  • Help our Customers Succeed by offering adequate Microsoft software solutions and services that create economic value.
  • Responsible for selling both custom projects and standardized Digital Mind solutions based on Microsoft cloud business applications.

Required skills, capabilities and qualifications

  • Understand key business drivers and business processes of mid-market organizations within multiple industries. Ability to identify and explore prospective client’s need and define value proposition.
  • Clearly communicate offered solution’s business impact to all stakeholders influencing the decision process. Communication skills – ability to present complex terminology and ideas in an understandable manner.
  • Accurately forecast opportunity scope, revenue, and close date.
  • Strong objection handling and closing skills.
  • Demonstrate a high level of business acumen and literacy.
  • Highly organized and able to stay on target while performing critical tasks daily.
  • Solid understanding of how Microsoft Modern Work and Business Application cloud solutions, services and frameworks deliver client value. Being able to map expected client benefits and outcomes with Microsoft product capabilities and features.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent expertise, and >2 years B2B sales experience.
  • Good negotiator.
  • Fluency in Latvian and English.
