Digital Mind AS is a business technology consultant providing unstructured information management and process automation solutions. The company was founded in 2004 in Riga, and as of now is operating from 4 offices in Riga, Tallinn, Vilnius and Warsaw serving customers predominantly in Baltic countries and Poland.  

We install/implement/deploy, lease and maintain Microsoft Dynamics, SAP and Epicor business management systems, as well as develop business management system extensions and additions to meet the needs of industries and companies. We carry out and service complex projects all over the world while our AX/FO team is located in two countries: Lithuania and Latvia. Job description

• Advising existing customers on the use of Microsoft Dynamics AX/FO (focusing on supply chain, warehouse, manufacturing); 
• Analysing customer needs and modelling processes in the system; 
• Functional design of systems; 
• Process and functional testing; 
• System configuration work; 
• Preparation of documentation; 
• Adoption of new technological solutions and customer consulting; 
• Organisation and delivery of training. 

Required skills and qualifications

• A university degree in business management, finance or technical sciences; 
• Knowledge of business processes; 
• Good communication and problem-solving skills; 
• Willingness to develop and learn; 
• Basic knowledge of financial accounting; 
• Analytical and creative thinking; 
• Fluent in English.
