Digital Mind AS is a business technology consultant providing unstructured information management and process automation solutions. The company was founded in 2004 in Riga, and as of now is operating from 2 offices in Riga and Tallinn serving customers predominantly in Baltic countries.  

We are in the process of expanding our SaaS business application development and deployment business line and are seeking an experienced and motivated Microsoft Cloud Solution Developer who is ready to keep up to date with the fast-moving cloud services landscape including IaaS, SaaS, and PaaS designs to remain an effective member of the development team. Here, you will take complete ownership of all the aspects of the software development cycle, from architecture to testing. You will design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code. You will be joining an agile team that continuously grows, develops, and solves customer challenges that impact both their productivity, and ultimately, employee satisfaction.


  • Creating and supporting cloud-based solutions on Microsoft technology.
  • Participate in all aspects of agile software development including design, implementation, anddeployment.
  • Design, document, and execute multiple simultaneous high-quality projects by collaborating with allinternal teams.
  • Continuously develop, learn, certify in relevant fields and follow market trends.

Required skills and qualifications

  • Deep understanding of application development practices and design patterns, application lifecycle management, and common software architectures.
  • Solid understanding of modern DevOps practices, including automation, continuous delivery,continuous deployment, and continuous integration methodologies.
  • Solid understanding of common database technologies, such as SQL Database/Server, Oracle,MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
  • Solid understanding of multiple technologies and scripting languages from the list – Microsoft Azure,Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub, REST/HTTPS, C, C#, C++, JavaScript, PHP, Node.js, PowerShell, Python.
  • Strong understanding of Agile development best practices.
  • Understanding of software testing and optimization methodologies, including writing unit tests and executing performance and regression testing.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to be able to define and design effective enterprise scale solutions for our clients.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Communication skills – ability to present complex terminology and ideas in an understandable manner.
  • Fluency in Latvian and English.
